The main part of the FRP chimney is made by the winding process, and the winding FRP products are composed of a laminated structure, which has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, light weight, high rigidity, and aging resistance, and the service life can reach 15 years. Due to the relatively large length ratio of FRP chimneys, we have explored a complete set of mature and reliable production and installation processes to ensure the installation accuracy (especially verticality) of the chimneys. In addition: we can also design according to the size and height of FRP chimney diameter according to customers requirements. At the same time, the shape can also be designed according to the customers specific requirements. The FRP chimneys produced by our factory are now widely used in electric power, fertilizer, chemical industry, smelting, petroleum and other industries as treatment equipment for corrosive or high-temperature flue gas. The advantages of FRP chimneys over other brick chimneys, reinforced concrete chimneys and steel chimneys are:

Due to the high working temperature of many chimneys (generally 50~180 °C), the composition of flue gas is complex, and the general resin can not meet its requirements, so the key to choosing lining resin and structural layer resin is whether it can meet the corrosion requirements under high temperature conditions, and the structural layer resin material selection also needs to adapt to the requirements of high temperature resistance, and the breaking elongation of the structural resin needs to be matched with the breaking elongation of the lining resin. Considering the convenience of installation, we process the chimney in sections according to the customers installation requirements, and then assemble it on site, or design the installation process according to the customers wishes.
1. In the winter in the north or in places that need thermal insulation, FRP chimneys can achieve a good thermal insulation effect without thermal insulation or thermal insulation layer, which is determined by the slow heat transfer characteristics of FRP materials.
